Paul and Lilly Weisbart used soft (cold) lasers in conjunction with their Cranial-Sacral work.
While impressed with the results they were getting with the standard laser, they soon
realized that even more could be done with a specially configured laser. Their
research and vision lead to the invention of the Quantumwave Scalar Laser which
